what to eat to recover from weakness after stomach flu?
I got the the stomach flu last Tuesday, promptly puked and rid my body of anything in it from both ends if you know what I mean.
Since, then I've been able to eat some things, applesauce, eggs, bread, fruit.
Everything still goes out in a quick bowel movement, so I don't know if I'm getting nutrients. I still feel "off" and sort of weak. I feel ok otherwise though (no fever or anything).
I'm wondering what sorts of herbs/vitamins/foods I should be taking to get my strength back?
