How many times a day can you Neti Pot when you're congested? I'm getting huge headaches several times a day from built up sinus pressure. But I don't want to damage my nose or make things worse by doing it too often. So far I've only done it at night but I am sure my sinus could use it 1 or 2 more times a day until the clear out.
