Deodorant Tubes

Does anyone know where to purchase empty deodorant tubes for making homemade natural deodorant?

I'm looking for containers that are either clear, black or possibly some other color but not white and that are 2-3 oz in size.

I purchased some from Texas Natural Supply, but I didn't check the size carefully and they ended up being small ones not much larger than a lip balm tube.

Any suggestions on where to purchase other cosmetic packaging (bottles, jars, tubes etc.) would also be appreciated. I am especially interested in glass jars and bottles with unique shapes and colors and anything made of green glass.

But I imagine it will be awhile yet before I have everything up.

Aww those look really great but unfortunately it seems the smallest quantity one can order is 5,000! I'll try googling that as well. Thank you.

How about http://www.chemistrystore.com/

I'm not sure that they have deodorant tubes but they have lots of other cosmetic packaging and supplies. I've ordered things from them in the past.

Mountain Rose Herbs definitely for some bottles. I love my blue ones I got from them (I also have a few brown ones, which are the same, but I think the blue is pretty :). They probably have deo tubes too.

:( They don't have deo containers, but if your deo is a scoopable kind, I've found their tins useful. Thats what I have my homemade deo in.

This is local for me, so I don't know how their shipping is, but here are 2.5 oz containers, sold by the dozen.

They also have some glass apothecary bottles and (admittedly, mostly for honey) jars. It's a great place - their physical store smells like heaven when you walk in.

thaaaaaank you, looks like the only place so far that has the tubes in the right size and color and doesn't only sell in bulk.

i'm still hoping i can find black or green ones.

it'd be really neat if they were made in cobalt or amber styles, but those probably don't exist.

Another place to check out...
Hi! I've come across your post a few times and hadn't found any green deodorant tubes until now (I searched "deodorant stick containers") Here's a link... http://www.berlin-global.com/deodorantstick-deod-6.aspx
It doesn't say the price (I guess you're supposed to contact them) but I thought you might be interested. =)
Hope that helps!!
