Anxiety relief?

I'm in a situation where I'm talking in front of different groups of people every evening. Some of them are the same people, but right before its my turn my stomache flutters and I lose words I was going to say. Also I get a flushed feeling afterwards and even still if I'm pushed on it, I shake the whole way home! A supplement of 5-htp and L-Theanine has helped sometimes in the past, but it makes me very sleepy, so I'm afraid to take it and drive home.
What are some other things to do to calm down and be able to speak? TIA.

Thanks everyone! Yesterday I used anxiety relief oils about an hour and half ahead of my group and was able to remain calm! I'm not saying everthing I mean to yet but its a big improvement, I wasn't even obsesive afterwards :) The hour ahead bit was a happy accdent too.. I took it for another situation but bailed since it hadnt worked after 15mins or so, but it finally did kick in :)
