I was wondering if anyone implements ayurvedic concepts into their daily eating habits? I am a vata-kapha dosha, which seems to be opposites. If I focus on eating to pacify vata, my kapha tendencies overact. When I focus on eating to pacify kapha, my vata goes out of control. Any tips/books/reliable sources that won't try to sell me a hundred things? I just want to know what I should/shouldn't eat to keep both dosha's functioning at their best. For example, Today I slept 12 hours and feel very phlegmy (overactive kapha behavior) but my joints hurt a lot and are cracking (vata behavior)
