ovarian cysts

hi,

i tried looking back in the memory/tags but couldn't find anything, so i hope this isn't too much of a repeat question. i'm 28 years old and my doctors have recently diagnosed me with several ovarian cysts on my right ovary, one of which they said was bleeding and probably about the rupture :( i have a paragard (have had it for about 4 years) which may have triggered the cysts, although it seems that cysts also run in my family according to my mom. the doctors said the cysts aren't particularly large, so they don't want to remove them. they recommended taking an nsaid otc pain killer, which i usually avoid taking, but have tried and i don't feel any significant change or alleviation of pain. any suggestions for relief of the pain/pressure? the best i can do is lay down with a heating pad, but that doesn't really help when i have to go to school or class. :(

ok, thanks for your help!
